Each additional person up to unit capacity…$100/week; $25/day; children 2 years of age and younger stay free. Day visitors – first day no charge; additional days $25/day per person, provided cottage capacity is not exceeded. All rates subject to 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax. Full cottage rental will be charged for length of time reserved.

DEPOSIT/ CANCELLATION POLICY

For deposits made prior to February 1, a $100 deposit will hold your 2022/2023 reservation. By February 1, the balance of the deposit will be due. Deposit is equal to 50% of cottage, marine, and golf cart rental price.

All Deposits are Non-refundable.

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

For reservations made during the prime season, if you cancel less than 45 days from the start of your vacation, deposit is forfeited and you are responsible for the remaining payment of the unit reserved, unless the unit is re-rented. All rates subject to 5.5 percent Wisconsin sales tax. Full cottage and marine rental will be charged for the length of time reserved.

  • SMOKING POLICY: No smoking is allowed inside the units. Smoking is permitted on the porch or outside the unit only.
  • WHAT TO BRING: Kitchen and bath towels, shampoo, and soap. ( Bed linens and dishwasher detergent are provided).
  • AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: Pack 'n Plays ($15), high chairs & strollers (free). Babysitting arranged with 24 hour notice.
  • FREE WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS: Bring your laptop or tablet and access internet anywhere on the resort.
  • LAUNDROMAT: A coin operated laundromat is located on the resort. Laundry soap is furnished.
